The photovoice activity was organized in September 2022 by the MIMY team from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. The two sessions of the activity offered young migrants the opportunity to express their migration experience through photography, including their difficulties, resources and opportunities to adapt to a new live. By asking participants to actively participate in creating content, young migrants were encouraged to take the time to reflect upon their migration journeys, conveying a more comprehensive understanding of the complex migrant integration process in the Romanian society. The photos taken by the participants were organized in an album, while also being displayed in an exhibition during the final conference of the MIMY project in Bucharest.
